  5. Our technician(s) will never intentionally misdiagnose a problem with your appliance or perform any service that we do not feel is absolutely necessary.

  6. We promise to exhaust all options as a concerted effort to fix your appliance. If, based on our technician’s expertise advice, your appliance is deemed unrepairable or not cost effective to repair we will assist you with the next best course of action.

  7. We will provide only new (OEM) parts, unless not available or otherwise specified.

  8. We will quote prices based on a National Price Guide, and we promise to provide an itemized quote before beginning the task, no surprises.

  9. We guarantee the quality of our work – 1 year parts and labor warranty comes standard on all completed repairs.

  10. We will continually search for better way to improve the service we provide.
